Flat rate postage of $15 within Australia.

Free postage if you spend over AUD $200 per transaction.

All prices are GST inclusive already.

We only sell and post within Australia.

We will post your order within 48 hours using Parcel post by Australia post.

We will notify you if your order is out of stock and arrange an acceptable time frame to post to you if the circumstances arise.
After we post your items at Australia post, delivery in Australia takes approximately 1-7 business (VIC), 4-11 business days (other states)

We offer free in-store pick up for click and collect from our shop at 4 Stonepark Road Ballarat /Delacombe only.

We will email you for collection time for Click and Collect.

Return Policy

We will provide exchanges and/or refunds if you return the goods (not worn and in brand new condition) within 7 workings days of receiving your goods.
Please choose the size carefully by using our measurements as a guide. If you are not sure please  Contact Us.

Please note all freight costs, shipping costs, and handling charges are the purchaser’s responsibility to return to us.

If the items that you have received are incorrect (not what you ordered or are faulty) we will send you a replacement at no additional cost to our customer after we have received your return item.

If you are returning the footwear, we recommend using the services of Registered Australia post.
You must e-mail us prior to returning or exchanging any items and inform us of the reason. We will promptly reply and send you an email to confirm your return.

Please note that genuine sheepskin is a natural product and tiny markings or slight imperfections on the sheepskin surface is not considered a manufacturing fault.

It is at the discretion of Ballarat Ugg Boots to refund any freight charges for returns outside of this policy and this may attract a 10 % re-stocking fee.
